Meet The Coaches

Dr. Sajita Setia, MD

Dr. Sajita Setia is mental health and positive psychology enthusiast, youth empowerment coach, and the founder and executive director of Transforming Life, a division of Transform Medical Communications. She is a clinical biochemist and pharmaceutical physician, certified by King’s College, London. Before founding Transform Medical Communications in New Zealand, she was the Head of Medical Affairs for a pharmaceutical company in Singapore. Sajita has created a strong legacy of value creation through strong partnerships with government, regulatory agencies, medical societies, and associations.

Dr. Michelle Tichy, Ph.D.

Dr Michelle Tichy is the “Education director” for Transforming life. She holds a doctorate in Educational Psychology with an emphasis on Social and Developmental Psychology from the University of Minnesota. She works with and trains teachers in the United States, to better support neurodiverse students, including students with anxiety and ADHD. Her heart-centered commitment is to create access to holistic and authentic psycho-educational opportunities, and my work integrates various contemplative practices and social/ecological justice.

Dr. Sajita Setia and Dr. Michelle Tichy are also the program directors for the “success4life” youth empowerment coaching.

Carolyn Lambert

Carolyn Lambert is the founder and Managing Partner of Coaching with Carolyn at Nathan’s Waypoint and a lawyer/MBA with degrees from the Duke University Law School and the Fuqua School of Business. She is a certified parenting coach, speaker, and conflict manager.

Before founding Nathan’s Waypoint, Carolyn enjoyed a 25-year career with the Consortium on Negotiation and Conflict Resolution in the College of Law at Georgia State University. As a parent coach, Carolyn is following her passion, helping parents of extremely anxious and depressed teens gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their children to foster mutual understanding and strengthen the connection, resulting in reduced stress and frustration and greater confidence in parenting decisions.

Tosha Smith-Mills

Tosha Smith-Mills is not only a Paralegal or a business owner running a successful talent agency in New Orleans, she is also a best-selling author, a mentor, a motivational speaker, a documentarian, a change agent, a resiliency coach, and she also holds the most difficult and respectable job that a woman could have and that is a mother. Tosha serves as a Mothervational speaker. With compassion, authenticity, and power, she inspires and mentors mothers and also teenagers to challenge their worst fears and overcome obstacles, to live the life God has intended for them. She is the award-winning author of the book. “Momma I Should have Listened: A Voice of Pain and Power”. Tosha continues to empower and mentor young men and women to resist peer pressure against a failing social system.
